Ebay Question. Sold a COACH purse but buyer has remorse - stating not authentic. What to do?
I sold a Coach purse recently on Ebay. I believe that it is authentic but the buyer is stating that it is not due to details. The photos were very precise and measurements correct. Every detail was included but it is a vintage item. I have no idea how to prove that it is not a fake. Anyway, if they decide to leave negative, that is not the issue. I can deal. How would we find out that it was, in fact not authentic? I believe that they would have the burden of proof and have to prove this, is this correct?
I'd hate to be a bad seller, but this buyer obviously has buyer's remorse. It is clearly stated that this is a non-returnable item. Any suggestions?
The buyer is asking me to take the photos to a Coach store, get confirmation that it is authentic and send that to them. A store cannot verify based on photos, can they?
because you stated it was non-returnable and you believe the item to be authentic...I wouldn't worry. Pictures taken to a store is bs.
I buy on EBAY all the time. Only had a few problems with sellers; Ebay seems to side with the seller.
your buyer probably got into trouble with her S/O for her purchases...
They bid and won; you sent the item. It should be over. Once they leave feedback; you can access it and leave your response.
