By now just about everyone knows that the place to find the best selection and prices on designer fashion accessories is online. However; if you are considering trying to hunt down a stellar deal on a designer handbag online, there are a few things that you have to take into consideration. To begin with, not all online designer handbag stores are alike and you would be well advised to confine your search in its early stages to online sources that are reputable. Then from there, you can begin to look for bargains.

Low Quality Overseas Counterfeits

The problem is, that online bargains can sometimes be “too good”. What you get when the product is finally delivered may have a designer label on it, but the quality and craftsmanship can be that which you will find at your local discount department store. This is because overseas sweatshop workers that churn out counterfeit designer handbags, can never approach the level of quality that highly trained Italian or French craftsman can.

Avoid Chinese Discount Suppliers

All websites are now required by law to contain full disclosure information, in the way of the name and address of its owner. If a website is based out of China and is selling European Designer handbags at a discount, then you can be that they are counterfeit. At the same time if they have no disclosure information posted on the website, then there is a good reason why and you can safely assume that it is an unsreputable online designer handbag store.

No Clear Closeup Pictures – No Sale

Make sure that any online designer handbag store that you are considering shopping from has clear well focused pictures of all the products and fashion accessories that they are featuring. The pictures should be of the calibre that you can easily examine the quality of the stitching and other things like the color of the fabrics and leather. If the pictures are lacking, then you can safely bet that their handbags and other fashion accessories are as well.

Designer handbags do not come cheap. Whether you buy a Fendi, a Prada or a Gucci design you will usually make all of your friends jealous, especially when you tell them the great deal that you got on the price of the bag. But are they really authentic bags, or are they just fake? Even fake bags can really look authentic, so it is important to learn how to spot the sigs that your bag might not be worth the money you paid for it.

Appearance: Firstly you will need to take a careful look at the way the bag appears. Do all of its materials really look like they are made at the highest quality? For example, if the bag is made out of leather then you should be able to find the leather logo engraved onto the inside of the leather somewhere on the bag. You should also check that the stitching contains no loose threads, and that these threads are also of a high quality: completely even and matching the bag perfectly.

Bag Lining: The lining of the bag should be made out of quality fabrics such as silk, where the designer name will also be printed on the inside of this liner. Accents to the bag will never be made from cheap plastic if it is a real designer brand, and there will always be leather underneath the top layer proving its genuine quality.

Hardware: The hardware of the bag is also an important indication as to whether the bag is genuine. These pieces should all be quality and weighty, and should definitely not include any scratches. Check that the color does not vary across the surface and that the brand name is properly engraved/ embossed into the surface. The brand name is nearly always also engraved into the hardware that attaches to the strap, and in many cases designers will use plastic faces to protect the hardware before the bag is purchased.

Certificate of Authenticity: One of the best ways to check the authenticity of a handbag is when it comes with a certificate of authenticity, containing the logo of the manufacturer as well as other information about the bag. There will often be serial numbers on the bag, though not all designers use these.

Think Carefully!

The most important factor in determining the quality of the bag is when a deal sounds far too good to be true. Most of these bags can never be purchased at such a cheap price, so you need to stop and think whether that seller on eBay is really offering you genuine quality. There is no way that they can undercut designer boutiques that much, so the chances are that this bad is a fake.

Of course, when faced with a great deal on a designer handbag, you will probably try to convince yourself that the deal is genuine and that the seller got a good deal, but this is extremely unlikely to be the case. Be extremely wary when being sold cheap designer handbags.

Sometimes you might not mind if it is a fake designer handbag and purchase it anyway, but always remember that these kind of bags are actually illegal. Think long and hard about how much you really want an illegal fake designer handbag. If you really are looking for a designer handbag then don't just throw your money away - but it from a licensed reseller who you know you can trust. Being careful in this way will ensure you purchase a bag that will really last for years to come.

Shoes may put the finishing touch on your outfit, but they should not be the cause for chaos in your closet. It is very easy for shoes to take over your closet, and even your home. Remember, for every person, there are at least two shoes. It is very easy to kick off your shoes and leave them where they lay, but that is the first step into cluttering your home or closet with shoes.

The best tip you may ever get about keeping your shoes organized is to put them away. That means designating a certain place in your home or closet for your shoes. You can determine where the best place for your shoes is by thinking about what the shoes are for.

A great way to choose the best spot for your shoes is to think about it strategically. For example, if you do a lot of gardening or yard work, you may want to keep the shoes you wear on a shoe rack in the garage, possibly by the gardening tools. This way, you will always know where your shoes are and you won’t track dirt, mud, and grass into the house from the yard.

Beyond your gardening shoes, you may have several other pairs to deal with, which most likely are kept in your closet with the rest of your clothes. One of the first things you should do when attempting to organize your shoes is to take all of your shoes (yes ALL of them) out of the closet and line them up. Sort through your shoes and get rid of any shoes that you don’t wear. You should donate all the shoes you don’t wear to charity. Worn out or old shoes you don’t wear anymore may be the nicest shoes in the world to someone who is less fortunate.

Once you have sorted through your shoes and decided which pairs to keep, your next step is to think about how often you wear each pair. The shoes you wear daily or most frequently should be the most accessible in your closet. You can even think about organizing your shoes by season as well. Keep all the winter boots in one area and summer sandals in another. If you want to get crazy, try sorting shoes by color.

After you have sorted all of your shoes, next you will need to place them in your closet in an orderly fashion. Keeping shoes on the floor of your closet is not recommended, doing this makes it way too easy to just kick them off, and back onto the floor. Doing this for a week will lead to the same closet clutter we are trying to avoid. When your shoes have a designated place, it is just easier for you to find your way around your closet.

A great way to keep your shoes organized, once you have sorted them, is to use stackable shoe cabinets or shoe racks. These organizational products allow you to place shoes neatly within a concentrated area. Using these items to house your shoes will guarantee that you will never search high and low for that pair of black strappy sandals again.

If you have a smaller closet with a lot less floor space, hanging shoe racks are very handy. Most hanging shoe racks will hold up to ten pairs of shoes and can hang easily from the closet bar. There are even hanging shoe racks for the back of the closet door, or even your bedroom door. A shoe tower is also a good alternative to the hanging rack or stackable cabinet.

If you have plenty of closet space, think about using shelf dividers to keep your shoes in order. The shelf dividers will also make it possible for you to have shoes on one part of the shelf while storing other items, such as sweaters or jeans on another shelf. Placing your shoes on shelves will also make them very accessible and visible.

Clear, plastic shoe boxes are an excellent way to keep your shoes organized within your closet. These simple storage boxes are also a wonderful way to preserve your shoes and save money from having to purchase replacement pairs that have been exposed to the elements of your closet.

As long as you follow these simple tips to organizing your shoe collection you should never have to trip over those high heels when reaching for that shirt in the morning. It will also help ease the frustration of finding that perfect pair of shoes to complement your outfit for that date or that job interview. Just remember, once you have gone through all the trouble of organizing your shoes, simply putting them back in their proper place when not wearing them will help you keep them that way! It’s just like what Mom said when you were five, “When you’re finished with them put them back where you found them!”

One of the most luxurious items in any lady's wardrobe is a designer handbag. You probably did your research, imagined how it would look with this or that dress and then you bought it. You couldn't stop running your fingers across the leather fabric of the designer handbag.

However, you have a little concern regarding your new designer handbag. This anxiety has been further heightened by recent news you have seen on the television or read in the papers. You might have even heard some of your friends express their concerns when you went out window shopping. The fear that your next designer handbag could be a fake!

That just makes me sick. Just like you, I believe in purchasing only real, genuine items. Despite the fact that there has been an influx of knockoff designer bags that look so similar to authentic designer bags, there a few facts that will help you with your next designer handbag purchase.

1. I would advise you to first of all look out for an authenticity card. Many designers like Fendi, Burberry, Gucci and Prada include authenticity cards with their merchandise. These cards have basic, easily understood information about your designer handbag such as the model number plus a magnetic strip or bar code. If the designer handbag you purchased has an inside pocket, you will find your authenticity card in there.

2. Furthermore, some Fendi designer handbags come with their authenticity cards packaged in a sealed foil bag. You will find Prada enclose their cards in small individual envelopes with the Prada logo at the front. You will discover that one is similar to a Credit Card with a magnetic strip on the back and Prada written on the front. The other card has the item details plus the style number.

3. Designer merchandise are expensive for the simple reason that they have spent years building value into their name. Just the name of a designer leaves a certain impression in our minds. When I say Gucci Indy handbag, what springs to your mind. Cheap, ordinary and tasteless? Absolutely not! You imagine a woman with style, wealth and sophistication carrying a designer bag that attracts envious stares and regular complements. A woman who is not afraid to be the center of attention. Therefore, if the designer handbag you want to buy is at a price that looks to good to be true, then it probably is.

4. You will find that most authentic designer handbags have a signature logo on them. Authentic Prada handbags have a triangle metal logo attached to the front or side of their handbags. Authentic Fendi handbags have the inter-twining double F design around their merchandise. Burberry has the signature plaids with a brown background. Gucci have the signature G splashed all over their bags. If you notice a designer handbag with a funny looking logo, then this should immediately flash a red flag in your mind.

5. As your authentic designer handbag collection grows, you will notice that most designer handbags will have their signature brand name monogram lining. This is true for Louis Vuitton handbags, Gucci purses, Prada handbags and Fendi purses. This is just a way for the designers to differentiate their merchandise from their competitors.

6. This designer monogram is woven into the fabric. You will not find this with replica designer handbags. The linings are always smooth, silky and in some cases are even satin. The color of the lining depends on the outer color of the handbag and they always compliment each other. The lining on fake bags is usually a stiff fabric and no attention to detail is paid to the lining.

7. Finally, if you are buying a bag from a downtown roadside shop, then do not expect an authentic designer handbag. If the designer handbag is as cheap as chips, then do not expect to get an authentic designer handbag. If there is no logo to show that you are a buying a designer leather handbag or designer purse from Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Fendi or Burberry then you are definitely buying a fake.

While an original designer bag is not cheap, consider it an investment that will stand the test of time and make you the center of attention wherever you go.
